ECSE 340 RB5

This week we learned about base line of home visits and the base line of our plans.  The web map that we make helps me a lot to organize my thoughts and map out what we need to do as interventionist to help the children and parents progress. Also as we went through the material this week I became and even stronger believer in goals. In a lot of my classes we have to use goals with our children and it is so satisfying to set those goals and then watch them reach them!  This is both satisfying for the teachers and also the parents!

Before this class I did not know how to make these webs so it has been nice to learn how to use them and make them.  I found that learning more about how to write goals was the most useful thing I have learned for my future home visits.  This week I do not have any questions but I will be sure to ask if anything does pop up that I am not sure about!
